Queen Elizabeth II rides guided bus on visit to Cambridge

Queen Elizabeth II proved she's a monarch of the people by boarding Cambridge's new guided bus system on a visit to the university city.

Accompanied by her husband, the Duke of Edinburgh, the Queen hopped on board a special service that took her from the station to the new £212m Medical Research Council Laboratory of Molecular Biology.

The Queen was in Cambridge to open the new facility – unfortunately she was a bit behind schedule… the bus was 15 minutes late.

Errrm ( clears throat), president Jonathan...when do you plan on taking a ride in the new buses that you provided for the masses recently?
